Even though a home sellers pays the commission in a transaction, signing a buyers agency agreement means you’re locked into that agent, and if you buy a home through a different agent, you could be sued for commission!  We NEVER ask our buying clients to sign a buyers agency agreement. We feel that if you want to exclusively work with us, you will. We don’t need to force you to.

Making a commission is just an added bonus to helping you succeed.
